    Abstract

In this article, the author reflects on coaching psychology and on the theories useful for coaching psychology professionals. It is stated that theorist Ilya Prigogine has found several biological processes in which the output of one positive loop works as input for another positive loop. It is also stated that life processes are regulated by positive feedbacks and these feedbacks may be regulated by negative loop but they are driven by positive chains.
