Abstract

In recent years, accelerated globalization has aimed to improve patient health through significant economic development and technological advancements, particularly benefiting health care delivery in developing countries. However, despite these changes, efforts to collaborate among high-income countries (HICs), low-income and middle-income countries (LMICs), and low-income countries (LICs) have shown limited progress and inadequate representation.
