Abstract

The number of labiaplasty procedures performed in the United States increased 67.1% from 2019 to 2023, and labiaplasty is now considered part of mainstream aesthetic surgery practice. Women who undergo labiaplasty often report multiple reasons for seeking this procedure; however, concerns about labial appearance are usually the most cited reason.
