    Abstract

    Effective communication is essential to the delivery of health care and is guided by relevant health information. The significance of good communication to enable the delivery of appropriate, effective and efficient care has long been recognised. Effective communication allows you to get to know and understand people, to meet their care needs and accurately document their health history.
