    Abstract

![CDATA[In this paper we draw on critical management concepts to propose that family influence on the leadership and management of family business reflects everyday morals. This is a new and novel conceptualisation. We justify this assertion by presenting an analysis of key literature sources that have examined family influence in leading and managing family business. The findings confirm the uniqueness of our conceptualisation.]]
