Abstract

An important theme is an open discussion of the challenges faced by library staff in the changing climate of the library as a centre of educational expertise. The revised role of the library and library staff, however, is not yet adequately perceived by the university and by academics, and this has impacted relationship building with lecturers and course coordinators
