Abstract
This research report presents the results of a client”centred economic evaluation of the key cost components of different ways of addressing the needs of a sub”group of children at risk of significant harm. These are children whose parents engage with a program that provides the parents with intensive multi”agency support while leaving the children with them, balancing intensive practical support for families with the parental acceptance of accountability.
