Abstract
Currently, the number of NSWPF employees is measured by the number of SAP positions filled via the Headcount Model (HM). The number of people working in a Command is measured rather than the number of hours worked.
This model makes it difficult to measure productivity, as it assumes all officers are working the same hours when this is not the case
