Abstract

This paper mainly deals with the external morphology, the activity of peroxidase, nitrate reductase and the content of chlorophyll The results showed the reason of Cr 6+ damaging Hydrocharis dubia (B l)Backer was that Cr 6+ prevented Hydrocharis dubia(B l)Backer from absorbing water, the damaging degree is positively relative to the cultural concentration and time.In the high concentration of Cr 6+ the edge of leaves began to dry, root tip rotted in short period The content of chlorophyll of leaves in the solution of 4μg/g,8 μg/g rised in the first few days, but it was reduced in 16μg/g,32μg/g The activity of peroxidase enhanced with the raising concentration of Cr 6+ .The activity of nitrate reductase is the highest in 4μg/g,and a little high er than control class in 8μg/g,reduced in 16μg/g,32μ g/g.
