Abstract
The book, "Le Halal dans tous ses états" is the result of a Conference organised in Montreal in 2012 by Professor Khadiyatoulah Fall. The objective was to gather Researchers from different countries and disciplines together with some actors from the Civil Society (economic, religious, officials representatives) and to share ideas and experiences on halal topic.
