David Leonard Clark ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢"šÂ¬Ã¢â‚¬Â teacher, raconteur, splendid host and sociable drinker, fine historian and solid intellect ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢"šÂ¬Ã¢â‚¬Â died unexpectedly, at the relatively young age of 61, on 27 May 2008. His like is not easily discovered in our generation.
