    Abstract

    This article explains the challenge of designing court spaces for jurors in Australia. It discusses the debate over the location of jurors in court spaces. It cites the isolation of jurors from other members of the public attending a hearing. The article also notes the assertion that jurors should be offered comfortable surroundings congruent with their status.
