![CDATA[This paper presents an application of noninvasive near-field technique for wireless structural health monitoring. The dielectric constants of Guo Biao concrete specimens were studied by means of regression modelling. The aim is to obtain the nominal values of dielectric constant of Guo Biao concrete.]]
