Abstract
Picture a university lecture hall, filled with first-year college stuents. In walks the philosophy professor who unfortunately has not had the chance to prepare for her Introduction to Philosophy class. However, she has a solution - she will pose a provocative question and then facilitate the conversation. She asks "Which is worse: apathy or ignorance?" The class is silent for a moment before a young man in the front row sleepily replies, "I don't know. And I don't care."
