    Abstract

    This paper considers the significant impact of the High courtââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s decision in Veal v Minister for Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs on procedural fairness. This decision classified the law regarding the duty on administrative decision makers to disclose adverse information to an applicant where the source of information is confidential.
