N2 - Atrioventricular valve duplication, also known as double orifice valve, is an excitingly rare anomaly that can involve either the mitral or more uncommonly the tricuspid valve. Herein we describe a case of a double orifice tricuspid valve that prejudiced the complete repair in a symptomatic infant with tetralogy of Fallot.
