Research output: Chapter in Book / Conference PaperChapter

Abstract

Increases in the numbers of males with eating disorders presenting to specialist treatment services have been documented (Madden, Morris, Zurynski, Kohn, & Elliot, 2009; Jones & Morgan, 2010; National Health Service, 2012). Readers of this monograph may, however, be less familiar with changes in the occurrence and correlates of eating-disordered behavior (EDB) in men at the population level. In this chapter, we seek to update readers on recent developments in this regard while also considering some implications of these developments.
