Abstract
One of the pivotal roles of naturopaths in clinical practice is as an educator. It is underlined by the codified naturopathic principle of ‘doctor as teacher’ (docere)1. Education in clinical practice occurs in many ways. For example, naturopaths provide updated information about conditions, show how treatments work in the body, and explain how behavioural changes can enhance health.
