Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate participants' perceptions of specific components and contextual factors associated with the effectiveness of the ManUp UWS intervention. The ManUp UWS study was a two-arm randomised controlled trial designed to increase physical activity (PA) and reduce sedentary time (ST) in middle-aged male university employees.
