Abstract

Commencing in July 2010, the aim of ENT Express is to make recommendations that will ensure the Hunter New England Health Service (HNEAHS) provides a patient centered Ear, Nose and Throat ambulatory care service that meets the needs of the community. Despite a number of improvements to services in recent years, several issues still exist. Currently in the implementation phase, this project has utilized a mixed methods approach to solution analysis, design and implementation.
