Abstract

![CDATA[The destruction of Earth systems driven by climate change may soon reach the critical point beyond which they will be impossible to restore. Therefore, there is imperative to develop new energy technologies that are environmentally clean. This imposes the need to develop novel energy-related education programs and the related textbook that speaks across the disciplines in an engaging way. This work considers a first approach for production of an interdisciplinary textbook on sustainable energy that is accessible to undergraduates and also possibly high school students so they will be enthused to take up the challenges required by emerging new technologies.]]
