Abstract
The National Partnership Agreement on Improving Teacher Quality (COAG, 2009) was designed to improve teacher and school leader quality to sustain a quality"Âteaching workforce. It aimed to deliver system"Âwide reforms targeting critical points in the workforce progression to attract, train, place, develop and retain quality teachers and leaders in schools and classrooms.
