Abstract

Promoting a healthy lifestyle to middle-aged men has its challenges, and as such, requires novel, pragmatic, and accessible approaches. The purpose of this study was to examine the perceptions of middle-aged men living in a rural/regional environment with regards to innovative approaches (internet and mobile phone) for delivery of physical activity (PA) and healthy nutrition messages.
