    Abstract

This study addresses some of the apparent knowledge gaps, examining the potential to further develop olive oil tourism from the perspective of various stakeholders that include institutions such as the association organising GirOlio and local town hall representatives, as well as hospitality and rural tourism businesses. The study specifically focuses on stakeholders based in Tuscany; a region where GirOlio was also celebrated.
