Abstract
![CDATA[The Internet has given universities opportunities to expand their markets, reduce delivery costs and meet the changing student demands. Whilst online delivery is a hot topic of research, the debate on the ability of this channel to meet the needs of adult students is far from conclusive. This study uses projective testing to identify the students’ beliefs, feelings and attitudes towards an online post-graduate marketing unit. Findings are consistent with the literature and highlight the need for teachers to manage the online discussion board as a virtual classroom.]]
