Fast algorithms for carrier frequency offset estimation in OFDM Wireless LAN systems

Abstract

In this paper, three noniterative algorithms are developed for the carrier frequency offset estimation in wireless LAN applications. Their performance is studied, both theoretically and experimentally. Results show that they can be used as practically implementable substitutes of one optimal but iterative algorithm with minor accuracy loss.
