Abstract
There are over two million directors and officers in Australia. It appears a growing fear factor is sweeping through the market place, which could impede the entrepreneurial spirit of risk taking in business. This article looks at some of the evidence to demonstrate the perception of fear and the actual risks that have arisen from litigation in the last decade.
