Abstract

This paper examines the l2-l∞ filtering problem for a class of discrete-time networked switched systems under modal persistent dwell time switching. Multiple communication channels subject to one primary channel and multi-redundant channels coincide with the networked surroundings. The choice of which redundant channel to use at the current time is obedient to a multinomial distribution sequence. The desired filters are designed such that the filtering error system is mean-square stable with a prescribed l2-l∞ performance index. It is demonstrated that better performance index can be achieved as increasing the number of redundant channels to be used. The effectiveness of the developed filtering method is demonstrated by application in the boost-buck converter.
