    Abstract

![CDATA[Using Heideggerian phenomenology, I share the experiences of financial transitions associated with having Multiple Sclerosis (MS), including the outcome for some of having to leave work. Case studies depicting the far-reaching, diverse and significant financial transitions and turning points are presented. I recommend that both organizations and individual workers adopt more compassionate ways of responding to the needs of those with MS at work, in an effort to support the ongoing productive employment of people with MS.]]
