    Abstract

This paper summarizes some of the new developments on fire performance of steel-concrete composite structures in China. The topics include: 1) Fire performance of steel-concrete composite members, such as concrete filled steel tube (CFST) columns and steel reinforced concrete (SRC) columns; 2) The life-time performance of steel-concrete composite joints, such as CFST column to steel beam joint and SRC column to SRC beam joint, by adopting a loading sequence including initial loading, heating, cooling and post-fire loading, respectively; 3) Fire resistance of steel-concrete composite frames; 4) Post-fire performance and repair of steel-concrete composite columns based on full-range analysis.
