Abstract
The title foreign relations sets out the general principles of public international law and its application by Australia, including the law of territory and jurisdiction, nationality, state responsibility and treaties. The title also addresses the law relating to the settlement of international disputes, including the law of war, as well as the international law principles that govern human rights.
