Abstract

This is an update report on the Future Directions economic research study. The aim of the study is to research the impacts and effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the socio-economic landscape of the ‘Central City District’ of metropolitan Sydney. The Central City District (CCD) refers to the local government areas (LGAs) of Blacktown, Cumberland, Parramatta and The Hills. This progress report builds on the two previous progress reports, presentation to the project control group (PCG) on the 9th of December and feedback received from the PCG.
