    Abstract

Lister Staveley-Smith is a Premierââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s Fellow at the University of Western Australia. He was appointed by the Western Australian government to ensure that the Square Kilometre Array (SKA), the largest radio telescope in the world will be built in Western Australia.
