N2 - The aim of the present study is to reach an understanding of how best to provide information and support to families of young children with disabilities so that they can effectively utilise the individual funding model that has been adopted by DisabilityCare Australia. In particular, it aims to examine how the internet can be used as a conduit to build the capacity of families who have young children with disabilities to enable them to make effective decisions about intervention and support.
