    Abstract

The author discusses consideration concerning global care chains and the various conception in relation to the understanding of freedom. The author argues that a reconsideration on the concept of freedom could rise to the reconciliation of the opposing views about caregiving. Further, it is argued that rethinking of freedom in relation to interdependence, will allow people to focus on a common goal, creating alliances between First and Third World countries.
