Abstract
A key feature of globalization are the increasing transnational flows of people. Evidence of the ways in which these changes are impacting education in Australia is found in the presence of Australia's immigrant teachers. This article reviews the recent experience of Australia, New Zealand and Canada in recruiting these teachers.
