Abstract

This essay deals with the international literature with a multi-pronged approach in combatting corruption. It aims to share an important strategy in combating a contextual approach. It also suggests that Good Governance should include issues of quality rather than just providing the decent minimum for human life. This paper argues that in setting priorities for action, priority should be given to putting in place measures which alleviate poverty.
