Abstract

This book addresses many issues of significant relevance to space activities. Not only is it descriptive of the current position - as one would expect from a 'handbook' on space law - but many of the chapters go further and delve into issues for future law development to better and more appropriately deal with the challenges posed by the technology of the 21st Century and beyond. It is an excellent reference book and one that can and will be turned to by many practitioners and academics in order to gain a solid fundamental understanding of the salient legal issues relating to our past, present and future adventures in outer space.
