    Abstract

Poster Abstract: ALRI is a major challenge in NQ Qld , especially in IC whose rates are 10 times > NIC. Multiple admissions suggest undiagnosed bronchiectasis and the need for comprehensive review as many children come from remote communities. Cost is far greater than stated.
