Abstract
What is cultural studies? Why do we teach it? How do we teach it? – that we should never stop asking. All three of the books under review claim to offer a practical and useful approach to cultural studies, but it is perhaps only through an engagement across the intellectual, methodological and political foci of these books that we can begin to answer these questions.
