    Abstract

    ![CDATA[Information systems (IS) has considerable potential as a tool that managers can use, both generally and in human resourcing functions in particular to increase the capabilities of the organization. This research is in response to the call for continuous challenge and test of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) success models. Based on the past IS success models, present study proposes and narrates a comprehensive model of HRIS success which comprises of six variables e.g., HRIS system quality, HRIS information quality, HRIS ease of use, HRIS usefulness, HRIS satisfaction, and HRIS performance. The tools are used to investigate the relationships and impacts between variables. The findings drive human resource management from a focus on employee management to employee as a strategic capability.]]
