Abstract

We welcome Gurol-Urganci and Bidwell et al.’s evaluation of the impact of the care bundle to reduce obstetric anal sphincter injury (OASI) published in your August edition last year. The article reports much needed evidence on the efficacy of an intervention that has already taken hold in many maternity services across the country.
