    Abstract

![CDATA[The present research examined the effect of the determinants of training such as training and development, strategic objective, culture and value, knowledge and skills, rewards and promotion, readiness and flexibility on job performance. The results show a significant positive relationship between training and development, knowledge and skills, and rewards and promotion, with Manager job performance. In contrast, no relationship was reported between strategic objective, culture and value, readiness and flexibility, with job performance. The findings suggest that harnessing these factors may enable airlines to enhance their managers’ job performance. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings are also discussed.]]
