Imperatives and commands in Nungon

Research output: Chapter in Book / Conference PaperChapter

Abstract

This chapter stems from my research on the Towet village dialect of Nungon since 2011. Examples are drawn from a 146,700-word corpus including 222 transcribed texts and my field notes, and from one additional transcript involving conversation between a child Nium, aged 2;10 (labelled C in these examples), and his mother (labelled M).
