    Abstract

Where is the evidence that occupational therapy intervention can make a difference? In short, it may be found somewhere among thousands of articles, spread over hundreds of journals. It is not surprising that surveys show that a major difficulty facing occupational therapists implementing evidence-based practice is the limited time they have to locate relevant research.
