Abstract
Indigenous peoples have been leading change in universities for decades, opening previously closed doors, creating initiatives that build qualifications beyond initial degrees and penetrating the upper echelons of institutions through talent, determination and persistence. An Indigenous research methodology literature is now well-established, Indigenous led scholarship in teaching and learning is burgeoning, and Indigenous scholars are driving change in many disciplines.
