Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To assess the effects of treatment setting (inpatient, partial hospitalisation or outpatient) on reduction in symptoms and increase in remission rates in people with: anorexia nervosa and atypical anorexia nervosa; and bulimia nervosa and other eating disorders. To assess the effects of continuing hospitalisation until the person is restored to a normal weight in people with anorexia nervosa. anorexia nervosa and atypical anorexia nervosa; and bulimia nervosa and other eating disorders.
