Abstract
In this essay, Vasquez and Rocha locate Brazil in an emerging, poly-centric and multi-scalar cartography of religion. They also identify and discuss the key analytical themes that crisscross the empirical chapters, highlighting the implications of these themes for the study of the interplay between religion and globalization in its cultural, political, and economic dimensions.
