    Abstract

In the fourth volume of this collection articles are presented that cover a space of implications, applications, critiques, argumentation and reflection on experiences about complexity orientations to leadership and organizational development. This volume has been organized chronologically within each of the two broad themes of leadership and organizational development. These themes are addressed in articles directing more detailed attention towards identity, difference, ethics, culture, consultation, power and conflict. In bringing complexity thinldng in contact with these key issues of leadership and organizational development, a number of tensions and dimensions arise. As part of introducing this volume we will make note of some of these.
