    Abstract

The third volume of this series depicts how leading thinkers in the field of complexity in organization studies construct and evolve new ways of maldng sense of strategy, organizational dynamics and innovation. These topics are closely entwined with the phenomena and processes of structure, identity, spontaneity and novelty, in other words, the.ways by which organizations are sustained and changed over time. In arranging the articles we have followed the same approach as taken with all four volumes in listing them in chronological order within two main sections, in this case one on strategy and organizational dynamics, and one on innovation, creativity and learning.
